Depends on what the change is. If you are talking about a completely different culture, that is important. I am working with a culture that is predominantly NOT what I am normally used to working with. My JOB is fine, but the amount of tension in the air with this particular culture is thick as pea soup. If that is what you are dealing with that may be a problem.
