Well in Alabama if a registration is lost the owner of the car (whose name is on the registration) has to show a valid driver licenses or sate ID and pay $1 to get a copy of there registration. Go to your DMV and just tell them you need a copy of your registration. They will tell you if they need to see anything. Hope this is helpful.

i live in Claiborne county Tennessee,,and its easy here ,,all you do is go to the ,,dmv,,or the court house ,where ever it is in your Town,,and tell them you need a duplicate,,give them the tag number,,and they will print you out a new one,,i accidentally threw mine away,,cleaning the car out,,and had to get one,,good luck with this..i hope this help,s.
