Yes. There are stables and you can rent horses.

There is a barn on the West sie of the park- the Bridle paths are next to the running paths.

Yes, mostly horse-drawn fancy carriages.
The horses wear a kind of diaper so the
runners don't have to worry about stepping
in it.
