im 14 theres this girl that i like a lot and have for a while now. The problem is she has a boyfriend. im pretty sure she might have some feeling for me. i talk to her a lot and we're good friends but i just cant find anything to say to her to let her know that i really like her. any ideas?

She has a boyfriend buddy. Stay away from her until she's single. Now is not a good time because you will get shot down hard, eg. "I have a boyfriend, don't you know?"
Smile and say hi to her whenever you see her, and let her talk to you. When she's single again then try asking her out.
Meanwhile talk to other girls and practice finding things to say to girls so you will be ready later on.

You're too young, but since you asked ...
You can't ever plan out what you're going to say to someone, or how you'll act. Don't even ever write out a speech or use a "script" for any job.
You just have to be strong and start talking, and if the more you worry about nothing to say the less there will be to say. The more genuine and sincere you are, the more you care about another person's welfare and the less you need of their approval, the more you'll find that you have to say.
It's important to be different than other young people. Try to develop some skills and talents and don't get involved in weird music, ect. There are a lot things at this point to beside worrying about girls. That can come later, don't be in too much of a hurry.

First off, if she's seeing somebody else, it should be "hands off". Being friends is fine, but she's taken. You need to look for a girlfriend somewhere else. How would you like it if you finally got her as a girlfriend, but there was this other guy friend that kept following her around. You wouldn't like it, would you? So don't be that guy.
Get out and look for another girl, OK? There's plenty of them around. You just need to get out and look for them. Stop wasting your precious time with someone who is already paired up with a guy.

For now i would just sit tight and be a friend if she has a boyfriend you dont want to complicate her life that might confuse her.she will appreciate you a lot more for just being a buddy

you could ask her out for hamburger or something like that and than start talking about things that you might have in common mention her boyfriend and see how she reacts and you will soon find out if she has any feelings for you but rember go slow at first just take your time you also might want to ask her if she likes to walk or stroll along the beach etc.

I can understand that you really like her...but she's with someone....imagine if you were her boyfriend..would you like it if you found out that someone was basically trying to hit on her?
