Well... do you mean to be home-schooled at someone else's home? It might be possible depending on GA law. You can check with www.hslda.org for Georgia's rules on home-education.
AND
If you are motivated and interested you can learn how to self-teach. You will need someone to supervise and support your efforts. Other than that you will need a quiet, undistracting environment for anywhere from 4 to 6 hours each day -- including Saturday if you are so inclined! A math text book and answer key, a writing pencil and paper for daily essays, and plenty of really good books. It helps to have a good set of encyclopedias and a complete dictionary --- the older the better. Older dictionaries and encyclopedias have more complete and accurate information as far as science and history are concerned. (Less than 2% of history and science has been written in the past 20 years.....) Study vocabulary from the dictionary -- master it because it will help you in every possible venture in your adult life.
Remember: The results will be equal to your efforts. The more you study, the more you learn. The harder you work the more you will succeed.

If anyone other than your parents teach you any subject, then that person must hold a Teaching Certificate or Degree in what they are teaching.
While Cyber-schools are becomeing the 'rage', you are no longer Home Schooling in the true sense.
HomeSchoolers lead their own learning in their own time and to their own likes or dislikes.
You don't say your age or approx. grade. Talk to your folks, maybe hiring a Tutor for certain subjects is in their plans or not...it is their call.

In the state of Georgia, you can be homeschooled by anyone with a high school diploma, with your parents permission. Your parents are still responsible for your education, and your hired 'teacher" would be your tutor.
With your parents permission and money, of course, you can also use an online homeschool program.

Any person that is willing to spend 3-4 hours a day teaching you is qualified to do so. You dont have to have any special certifications to homeschool. It will have to be an adult though and youll want to be sure that they are responsible, afterall your education depends on it.

Yes you can. There are many homeschooling sites on line that you can do without being 18. The best I think is Penn Foster (its accredited).

Yes you can, but this has to be your parents decision. If another person does teach you, GA law states the teacher has to have at least a high school diploma or GED.
