Dogma is simply the Truths contained in Divine Revelation of Jesus Christ directing Christians to an irrevocable adherence of Faith.
Jesus did speak clearly about certain beliefs. Dogmas just state these beliefs for clarity.

Lot of pages in the bible. Dogma is the codensation of Scripture into edible sound bites for easier consumption.
