No, that Bible and the Church are really good for making all those people believe lies, just like you think the the guy's Flying Spaghetti Monster is a lie. Have you ever considered that everything you believe is a lie? Sure, you're certain it's true. But certainty doesn't equal fact or reality. FSM shows how ridiculous ID is, look at it and don't make a fool. All "followers" simply agree with the point that ID is crap.

Honey, the point was not to create a new religion. The point was actually to question intelligent design. The author "created" this religion to illustrate some of the falsehoods and assumptions people arguing in favor of intelligent design were using.
NO ONE believes in the FSM. It's just a joke, Sweetie, a parody.

I don't think anyone actually believe the FSM is a god. I don't see any evidence of them radically changing their life. If they were persecuted the way the early Christians were, do you think they would be willing to to die rather than deny the deity of the FSM?
