Oh. So to get rid of stored carbohydrates, I have to burn a certain amount of calories, right? So how many calories should I burn to burn stored carbs?

You don't burn carbs. Carbs are actually stored in your body as glucose and is burned as calories. You'll burn some of those calories, the rest will be stored as excess fat. Fat and calories are the only things that you can burn.

I guess you mean one calorie.

Doing absolutely nothing will burn one calorie per minute.

Moderate sport such as tennis will burn one calorie in 20 to 30 seconds. Strenuous activity such as sprinting will burn a calorie in about 12 seconds and mountain climbing of polar exploration in extreme cold will burn a calorie in about 5 seconds.
