make sure the earing is clean and you shouldnt have a problem. you can take longer than 30 sec...it wont close up that fast. it may sting a lil just because its still "fresh". if the post is bigger than what you got your ear pierced with then it may hurt a lil more.

Make sure the new earring is clean and you should have no trouble. It shouldn't bleed, it may sting a little, but I wouldn't think it would be that big a deal.

Don't be too aggressive when you clean the area---but be thorough. Also make sure your stud's are of good quality. Jewerly containing nickle, for example, is prone to causing a skin reaction, even infection. If the area does turn red or oozes, please see the school nurse.

Try the bathroom or home, you don't have to do it in the classroom. And most teachers won't get mad about someone changing their earing. It isn't against the dress code.

if you change it out quickly it should be fine. Just make sure you use gold, surgical steel, or something like that no plastics or fake metals. disinfect the new earring before you put it in

Change it. The hole will not close. Worse if you do not change it.
