When it's a SMALL stream it gets Little attention. When it becomes an INVASION!!!!!!!!! It gets ALOT of attention.

Bush needs to deflect attention from Iraq. Immigration did it for a month. Then Israel/Lebanon worked for a month. Now they need something else.
If the media goes back to Iraq, the republicans will lose control in the house.
What's fishy about that? Seems obvious and logical.

Fishy? The CUMULATIVE numbers are very important, as is the fact that so much damage was done in the border states that even illegals want to go inland now for better schools, etc. So the interior is finally feeling the impact.

Nothing fishy about it ... some of us have been against illegal immigration for years .... and a sufficient number of irate citizens have brought it to the attention of senators and news media .... if a sufficient number gets pissed off, word gets around ....

Because it is something to keep the americans occupied and away from attacking the pres and his war on countries smaller than ours that have leaders that his daddy doesn't like. The white house feeds this stuff to the press, and they run with it.
And I am sure the networks are very excited that the ratings have gone up due to the stories.

Because now there are 10.5 undocumented immigrants who are sick of waiting for a humane treatment! Obviously the immigration laws are f-d up and need to be fixed before you have 20 millions...

can you say INVASION?? It has actually been said by a prominent speaker (can not remember her name) was on Orielly . She said that the they were there before the border and they will still be there after its gone. Wish I could remember her name she was speaking to high school students at the time i believe. Got to tell you something

Well, i can't speak for the media, but in MY state, illegals have been a BIG concern for the last TWENTY years or more!!!!! Our hospitals are CLOSING because of ILLEGALS coming here for treatment, and to have their anchor babys, then NOT paying the hospital and docotor bills!!!! They have OVER BURDENED our welfare system, our medical system, our school system, our low-income housing system, our legal system, our prison system and every other kind of system!!!!!
DEPORT ALL ILLEGALS!!!!!
NO AMNESTY!!!!!!
