No. Good intentions pave the way to Hell. If a person wants to get to Heaven, he must first accept Jesus as our Savior. That is the biggest premise the New testament is founded on. One does not get to Heaven by Good deeds alone. Nor does one go to Hell by deeds alone. Your sins have already been forgiven so the only thing standing between you and Heaven are belief in Jesus.

Yes they may go t heaven. Why?
When a person habitually does good deeds and have compassions and kindness for others, his mind set is such that his natural thoughts would flyer towards heaven like iron fillings being attracted to a magnet. When this person is at death moment, if he is not serious agitated, he may be able to remain calm and peaceful and then his light-minded consciousness will take flight towards heaven to be reborn there with like-minded beings (angels). This is the mechanics of rebirth or re-incarnation, whatever you want to called it.
Take care.

Whether or not you return home to "heaven" after death has nothing to do with what religion you belong to. Christ is a gateway to forgiveness, which is what allows any being to return to a state of oneness and peace with Humanity. This can be done during life or during the journey we take after death to return home. No one who meets Christ after death rejects the truth of Christ's unconditional love and forgiveness. People only reject religion and the distorted views of Christ and God. When confronted with the truth, there is total acceptance. Most religions teach all of these conditions like you have to do this or that to be accepted or rejected, but that is simply not how it works. We have permission to make and learn from mistakes, and all is forgiven. God's love is unconditional.

All these good deeds should make a man worthy of going to heaven; but preachers of different religions say that theirs is the only true path leading to heaven and all other paths are false.Only God can , therefore ,answer this question

Absolutely not. You must be saved by the Grace of God. No matter how good you are, or how good you live your life, that will not take you to Heaven. When you stand before God, Not saved) He will say, depart from me, I never knew you. Many people think they can earn their way to Heaven, But friend you can"t. you must be Born again. (saved)

Yes, that person will have everlasting life.
"What glorious hope!" Mauriac writes. "There are all those who will discover that their neighbor is Jesus himself, although they belong to the mass of those who do not know Christ or who have forgotten Him. And nevertheless they will find themselves well loved. It is impossible for any one of those who has real charity in his heart not to serve Christ. Even some of those who think they hate Him, have consecrated their lives to Him; for Jesus is disguised and masked in the midst of men, hidden among the poor, among the sick, among prisoners, among strangers. Many who serve Him officially have never known who He was, and many who do not even know His name, will hear on the last day the words that open to them the gates of joy. O Those children were I, and I those working men. I wept on the hospital bed. I was that murderer in his cell whom you consoled.' "
Those who, through no fault of their own, do not know the Gospel of Christ or his Church, but who nevertheless seek God with a sincere heart, and, moved by grace, try in their actions to do his will as they know it through the dictates of their conscience - those too may achieve eternal salvation.
There was a scholar of the law 11 who stood up to test him and said, "Teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
Jesus said to him, "What is written in the law? How do you read it?"
He said in reply, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your being, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself."
He replied to him, "You have answered correctly; do this and you will live."

9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.
This is the Word of God.
