HMM. Ebay you can find a used one . I purchased my calculator for 95$ and then later sold it on ebay for like $30.
If you already have a PDA, you can purchase a software program for your pda that turn it into a graphing calculator.
The same goes for your laptop.
You can go to Download.com and get a program for like 20 bucks.

I don't know what "cheap" means to you .
I suggest you check prices at costco, wal - mart. staples, sears, J.C. Penny, etc.
In other words, shop around and I am sure you will find what you are looking for at a price you can afford.
