Way high in sugar (bad), caffeine (not good, but I can't talk...I'm a caff junkie) and my biggie on this issue (don't get me wrong....I drink a Coke on occasion)....when I was in school we did a science experiment where we soaked an iron nail in Coke and it DISSOLVED it, man!! Can you imagine what it must do to the lining of your stomach if you drink it a lot? Scary! As long as that's not the only thing you drink all day though, I wouldn't worry. Try the diet version to cut down on the sugar and empty calories.
