Way high in sugar (bad), caffeine (not good, but I can't talk...I'm a caff junkie) and my biggie on this issue (don't get me wrong....I drink a Coke on occasion)....when I was in school we did a science experiment where we soaked an iron nail in Coke and it DISSOLVED it, man!!
