maybe you should add a little more hours to your exercising, this is on the assumption that the 2 hours is spread over a period of 1 week bit if its 2 hours a day then this is enough and should help you lose the 2 pounds a week. as you said you do this together with a healthy diet so just continue what you're doing and you're on your way to losing some pounds. :)
