Well first you should make sure u know things about her. Just strike up convorsation with her. Just ease into and ask if she doesnt have ne plans on a certain night if she would like to go out on a date.. then u can either tell her its her choice for plans and u will do ne thing she wants or you can make the whole date a surprise.

ask her out on a date...and at the end of the night..ask her out...but when you do dont say will you do out with me...say i really like you and i was wondering if you would be my girlfriend??

well go up to her and say that you really like her and ask her out or give a note to her that says meet me someplace at 9 pm or something and when she gets there ask her out..
