I have pale porcelain skin and bright blue eyes and am Italian and Swedish. I have been every hair color imaginable and find that pale blonde washes me out and red makes my skin look ruddy, so light blonde and bright red are out of the question. What would be the best hair color for me?

try a darkish brown (not murky but clear dark) and add some natural looking light brown highlights. this should brighten your pale face, but make skin look smooth and beautiful. if you want other highlight, try a light brown that borders on blonde, but not too bright or pale. first try the dark/lighter brown combo.

Auburn (reddish-brown) would probably work for you. Blackish-brown hair looks good on every skin tone, but it might be too intense for really pale skin and light eyes. You never know though! Something close to your natural hair color is likely to be a winner.

you would look very cute and different with strawberry blonde hair....or maybe you could go for a jessica alba/shakira light brown...maybe even a medium brown with light brown highlights or a chocolate brown....strawberry blonde would look best if you look more swedish in the face...if you have more italian facial features, you should stick to the browns

Exactly why is everyone with blond, why cannot you just have jet black curly hair with some blonde or blonde curly hair with some jet black hair. Right now you don't have to choose.

if you have blonde hair that will naturally get bleached by the actual sun in the summer. There has been this guy in my class who had golden blonde hair that has been a medium brown near the bottom part. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was almost platinum blonde!
