You can save hundreds of dollars by divorcing the whore because you won't have to support her any longer. And yes, you will save on your insurance as well when you take her off of the policy.

Can you prove that she cheated on you?..if so use that against her in court if not then you might have to pay alimony and child support and you Will be in a different insurance class...but you wont have to worry about her cheating on you anymore..You can loose the house the cars, everything...its tough..and it sucks but it happens alot everyday...

Possibly, but if she's sleeping with your lawyer, she'll end up costing you a way, way lot more than a couple hundred in the long run.

I wouldn't do it. You'll lose the multi car discount and the married rate, if that figures in. Cheaper to keep her.
