Something like $450, plus whatever the scope is worth.

If it's a Ruger Model 77, I can get one new for around $500. I'd say your gun is probably worth around 400-450.
If it's a Ruger Number 1 single shot, then I don't know for sure; from what I've seen these vary quite a bit depending on location and model variation. If I were in the market, I'd give up to 550 or 600 for a heavy-barrelled, 22-250 #1.
If the gun is outfitted with a scope, don't overlook its value. Used scopes can be worth anything from $30 on out to well over $1000. Check www.cabelas.com for info on new scope value; gunbroker.com or gunsamerica.com for gun prices.
Personally, though, I'd keep a Ruger, especially a 22-250. They're not exactly top-end, and their triggers tend to be heavy, but every one I've ever shot, which amounts to maybe 10, shot well and reliably. My dad's M77 22-250 will put 5 Nosler bullets in a half inch at 100 yards on a calm day.

You didn't mention the model. Is it the Ruger 77, or the #1?
Does it have a scope?
Without more information, three to four hundred.

You can match up your Ruger on either of these two sites to see what they are actually selling for....I can't give you an exact price without knowing the model...
