First statement - What does it mean to say that God is responsible for the creation - This means just that. God created everything it is that simple he created the heavens and the earth. Implications - simple means you got to accept that there is a God and man didn't create anything that God didn't create first.

well that statement can be read two ways at least. one that God is responsible for the actions of his creation like someone who builds a bomb and blows up children. the other is that God is responsible for the creation (verb) but not for our actions like someone who designs a building. the implications of both are that God exists. the implication of the first statement logically is that everything we do can be blamed on God since our actions are his responsibility. the logical implications of the second statement is that God built us and either still cares about what we do or doesn't care about what we do. of course both statements suppose that God does truly exist.

That is not a completely true statement. He shared that responsibility with us as it says in the book of Genesis. He is the boss and we are His "gardeners". That is also taught in the New Testament. The implications are we will be judged how well we have done our work. He has a big job of judging coming up.

God and Creation are just part of religious fairy tales. Get a good science book that explains the history of the universe, including the evolution of life. Don't waste your time trying to make sense out of fairy tales.

But if there were a God, she would be very unhappy with all the lying money-grubbing televangelists that try to make money in her name.

It means that once you realize that, the wise thing to do would be to seek Him and find out why He made you and what you should do.
