You are wrong! The Pope is against music degrading the Church and Jesus Christ, not Rock Music

If folk music or rock music has foul language I am against it too. We dont need to mess up our minds with garbage.

Which pope?

You know that there has been more than one, right?

It always kills me when people refer to "the pope" and can't even name the current pope. I'm not saying you can't--you very well may be able to. I'm just saying that people seem to think the pope is, like, Ronald McDonald, where it doesn't matter who is wearing the suit.

It actually does matter, by the way--just to head off any arguments to the contrary.

Maybe because the Pope's like 80. He probably doesn't like anything except Big Band music.

Probably has something to do with the fact he's 70+ years old. And we all know how old people feel about rock music.

Hi Minkus!

I think its because he is a not a real person but a robot. Yes, a robot.
He was sent here to stop us from dancing. Dancing annoys the lubricant out of them because while they can process information pretty fast, they can't dance moon walk. That's how you can spot 'em!

the way Elvis shook his hips was how it started

rock music 'speaks out against the man' where as Catholicism 'obeys the laws of the land'

Not necessarily. He just doesn't want anything useless and without any purpose except destroying God and his creation, which could be done through music.
