car is registered in TX and I need to sell in Mass. Just sign it and send it?

yes that's all you have to do to it,,unless Texas has a notary law,,according to my sources they don't have one,,just make sure you put the right address on it,,i had one come back on me ,,because there was one number out of place on it,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.

Sign it and send it. I'd suggest you get your signature notarized even if TX doesn't require it. Many states do require an out of state title to be notarized. I live in MO and we certainly do!

The buyer would go to the tag agency with the Registration signed for you and will be OK.
I sold my car with GA Tag and Registration in Fl and there was not problem at all.
