Was Jesus a zombie (Because he died and then came back to life, the definition of a zombie), and a voodoo priest (because he raised Lazarus from the dead), and a wizard (because he turned water into wine, walked on water, ect...). How do you feel as a christian about zombie worshipping, are you for it or against it?
If you don't think Jesus was a zombie (voodoo priest, or wizard), please provide evidence to support your point. Thank you.

The definition of a zombie:
1.A supernatural power or spell that according to voodoo belief can enter into and reanimate a corpse.
2.A corpse revived in this way.

Jesus was dead, he was reanimated, when his soul re-entered his body through the supernatural power of god. This fits both critera 1 and 2. Therefore Jesus was a zombie. Using similar logic, when jesus used the supernatural power of god to revive Lazarus he performed voodoo, i.e. making a zombie.
Jesus = zombie / voodoo practioner.

First, allow me to let out a long sigh.

Thank you.

No, Jesus was not a zombie. Zombies are reanimated by a supernatural spirit that is not the same one as the spirit of the person who died. Jesus, upon his resurrection, was still Jesus. No extra, other supernatural being inhabited his body.

Was he engaging in voodoo when he raised Lazarus? No. First, voodoo is a religion. Jesus was a Jew. He made no mention of voodoo. He was not African. Et cetera.

Was he a wizard? No. He did not use magic. He prayed to his Father before performing miracles. That is, his power came from Heaven. How is this to be distinguished from wizardry? Jesus used no charms or spells, no rites, nothing all that fancy. He just drew power from God, the creator of all things.

If you wanted serious answers, ask a serious question. As usual a Non-Christian wants to see if they can get some Christians mad. The name you chose is accurate, Devil's Advocate. I hope you like working for him. As for your question:

1) No he was not a Zombie, he was not a walking corpse that fed on the flesh of the living. He was alive, not undead.

2) No he was not a voodoo priest. In fact he was a Rabbi. He called Lazarus back from the dead, resurrecting him. Not making him an undead zombie but a living man once again. Voodoo priests are not able to fully resurrect someone (to the best of my knowledge, might be wrong),

3) He was not a wizard, he was the son of God.

I would provide evidence but since you and others like you don't believe in the Bible and would mock me for using it, the answers will have to stand on their own.

Following your logic...

you are a chair, because you have two arms

you are a shoe, because you have a tongue

you are a chimpanzee, because you have two legs

Logically, if you take a definition from one context and apply it to someone or something else, then you will get some outrageous "beliefs" or "facts."

Truth is, you are neither a chair, a shoe, nor a chimpanzee.

Truth is, Jesus is neither a zombie, a voodoo priest, nor a wizard.

Scriptures declare him to be the Son of God.

Many Christian belief systems say Jesus was both man and God.

What can we say based on the historical records?

Jesus was an infant.

Jesus was a boy.

Jesus was a carpenter.

Jesus was a teacher.

Jesus was a healer.

Jesus was a miracle worker.

Jesus was a martyr.

Jesus was alive.

Jesus died.

Jesus appeared to many in physical form after he died.

When Jesus Christ died and then rose from the grave, he was raised in his perfected, spiritual body, as will all Christians as described in I Corinthians 15:42-44. He was not raised as a zombie even using your definition

Jesus Christ brought forth Lazarus from the grave not through the gods worshiped by a voodoo priest, but rather by the authority of Almighty God. Same goes for the other miracles He accomplished-all was done through the power of Almighty God.

NO Jesus was not a Zombie neither a VOODOO PRIEST nor a Wizard or any of such .
Jesus is the Savior of the world. He literally paid the price or took our own punishment for sin which had separated us from our maker.[GOD].thereby restoring us to our uncorrupted nature.

yeah...I'd have to say I'm against the zombie/voodoo stuff. he wasn't a priest...he was God's son. he could do anything he wanted. he still can. he lets us make our own decisions though. which is nice...but frustrating sometimes. i imagine it would be more frustrating if he did it for us though.

PLEASE DON'T TAKE HALEYH13 SERIOUSLY!
