How do you find the best running shoes for you?

There are specialty stores that you can go to. They will fit your foot for the right shoe. They often have treadmills so you can run in front of them and they can tell your running style to find you the right shoe. I went to one once where they made me run around the shopping center to see how the shoe felt!
