3 hours a day is way too much excercise. WAY TOO MUCH. 30 minutes a day 3 days a week is the recommended healthy amount. Yes, if you do everything correctly you will lose 2 pounds a week and you don't have to become a vegetarian, just limit your meat intake. Our bodies actually do need that protein

Yes you can lose 2 pounds a week (if you can sustain it). 3 hours a day seems a lot. When you say exercise I am assuming you mean workouts that gets your heart pumping at a faster rate. If that is the case then no you won't be able to sustain that pace. Since you wanted to lose weight then it is doubtful that you regularly exercise. Thus, it would be very hard for you to maintain a 3 hour exercise everyday. But if you wish to attempt it, I wish you the best of luck.

That is not healthy to excersise that much a day... there is such a thing as too much of a good thing... Do a healthy diet and excersise 30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week that's enough hon..and drink LOTS of water
