because I want to distribute it to some of our local bars. What kind of licensing is required in Indiana? Any other considerations?

You have to register with the state as a brewery. For starting out, I recommend you find a local brewery who will do contract brewing. This way, you won't need to buy your own equipment. BTW, it's very difficult to get a loan to start a brewery since 90% go out of business within months after they open (many never even open).

What makes you think your beers are good enough to sell. Every homebrewer has a recipe or two that their friends love to drink, but it's free beer at this point. The moment you put a price tag on it, it's not so good.

You can not use a residential property to start brewing beer on a larger scale as it is illegal. It seems pretty large a scale.

you can't sale homebrew you need to become a professional brewer.
