See I have this problem with my step dad. He always run and tell my mom on me then I end up getting in trouble. He can be really cool at times but others he's like un worthy.

He's only telling your mom because he cares. It's not that he's being mean, and you will realize this when you get older. You think I am totally full of crap and Idon't know anything right now, I am sure. Trust me, though. It's just because he cares and not because he wants to get you in trouble.

Sounds like hes competing with you over your Mom. Since h's adult can't really change his personality so try your best to not give him stuff he can carry to your Mom and enjoy the times that hes cool.Perhaps you can when things are easy and cool tellhim how you feel-that you accept,are glad part of family and so on-then maybe he won't see you as competition for yourMom's affection-may be he feels insecure as the new person in the family. Also talk to your Mom about this for sounds like she takes his word-does she discuss with you before you get in trouble or he tells and you are in trouble. Communicating is great and necessary for understanding esp. feelings. It may make a big difference and worth trying.

Straighten your --- up! Behave yourself. Stop doing what you're not supposed to be doing and start doing what you should be doing.
If there's nothing to tattle on to get you in trouble... then there's nothing to get you in trouble. Sounds to me like he actually cares about you. In the long run you'd resent him if he let you turn out to be a screwed up ho. By trying to keep you out of trouble, he's trying to make you into a productive member of society. Which tells me he actually cares about you. Give him a big hug, tell him thank you, and try and be a good girl.

sweetie, are they together for the long haul? If he's sometimes "really cool" then why dont you chill out, too? Dont do whatever he's running to mammy with and y'all be OK.
Treat him like a father figure, not a buddy.

Maybe be thankful that he is going to your mom rather than him scolding/preaching to you? Neither is good, but maybe this way is better than the other?

Honey it could be alot worse trust me. My mom was married 4x's to real winners. Drunk men who abused not only alcohol but my sisters and I. I have had my nose broken twice before i hit my teenage years. So he rats on you so what atleast he is not breaking bones.
