Getting involved in a relationship between two shy people can be great because im like this. From what u said this guy does seem to like you, so start trying to find out what are his interests and try to join him on those occasions. Such as meeting him in the gym and talking would be good especially if u go at the same time often. Once he gets the message that your startin to push things he should react with more confidence and things should move on naturally. Good luck...

If you notice you and him share that kind of moment and you think it may mean something special, you shouldn't avoid the feeling. It's okay if you two keep looking away sometimes. It most likly means you're both shy. Someone has to speak up soon though or this will keep on happening with no progress. Ask him what he thinks of this. It might egg him into telling weather he's crushing on you or not. If he is, tell him in a cute, flirtaous way to ask you out if you want him to. Don't be afraid of the outcome of this talk. I hope it all turns out okay for you.

He may be somewhat shy as you are.

Try to approach him and talk to him a bit.
