A military records center is in St. Louis, MO. They contain military records of everyone who has ever served. To obtain these records, one must fill out a request form. If the service man or woman is deceased, next of kin or someone with a power of attorney can request the records. At one time, thousands of records burned in a fire. Therefore, there is a possibility the center no longer has the records you want.
