i had to fire my janitor for leaving a long turd in my customer only bathroom some customers walked in tried to flush it before they used it and it overflowed all over there feet hey i cant afford to lose customers even if it was accidental

You are a numnuts. In a case like this you must take a paint stirrer and cut it the turd into bite-sized pieces so the toitee can swallow it better. I used to have to do this with dumps my kids left in the bowl; some of these things were veritable logs. I told them to snip it off in pieces like sections on a tootsie roll as it was coming out but did they ever do that? noooooooooooo. I always had to go in and slice and dice the things first.

I am not sure that it was reasonable to fire him. Yes it was an unfortunate situation and probably not the best manners but a fireable offense, I don't think so unless it was a part of a pattern of behaviors.

I think firing him was a bit harsh. That was not good, that's pretty sick and if the health dept came in and saw it they would write you up. Really you should have talked to him about it and basically given him a warning

Firing seems a bit harsh, but without knowing his work habits or history, it's hard to say. Certainly, I would've explained that what he did was extremely embarrassing, to say the least!

I dont know if firing him was absolutely necessary. Maybe a stern warning or something; but then again, I'm not the one who had the crap all over them.

huh. You know what's funnier? My cousin came over and stopped up the toilet and I didn't have a plunger in the bathroom so he used his arm to unclog it! eewwww! Disgust!
