Vdeo game frusturation?

I play video games alot and sometimes I get so far and die that really pisses me off. How can I calm down when I'm frusturated

Usually I have a cigarette or a soda and go back. The game I'm foucused on now is dead rising and there is only one place to save and it's on the other side of the mall and I can never live lon enough to make it back!

First, make sure you save often so you don't have to go back to where you were before you die. Secondly, if you get pissed off, it's better to quit for a little while, then go back to playing. It pays off at times actually, and you end up playing better once you take that much needed break.

i went to this area in resi 4, killed as many monks as i could without getting damage, then i ran back to the save point, and saved my game, then went back to the area.

i repeated this process untill i had killed all the enemies, then i was free to go and try the next hard bit, a giant statue of a midget lol.
