Lunges! Trust me my legs are my problem area & I do 4 sets of 12 on each leg 4 times a week & in a month I have been really impressed w/ my results! It's just extremely important to make to develop a routine & stay on top of it!

Do lunges and walk. You could run too but that might be damaging to your joints.
