If you have a health dept near by you should be able to get shots for free there and a physical. Also if you grandaughter has a guardian with low income try applying for MC+ or a health insurance through the division of family services. It goes by income and usually if you have low income there is no co pays as well. I hope this helps you

If you are in the USA, any state or city hospital will do it for free. Better still, if you live near a teaching hospital (look on websites for residents) there WILL be a clinic. Contact the hospital and find out what day the pediatric clinic is. While there, you can talk to a social worker to get all of your grandkids a federal/state funded health insurance free of charge.
Contact your states' department of social services.
Good luck

Usually there are low income clinics in every town. If you call the hospital they should have a number for the clinics in your area. They may also know of a situation where there are doctors giving them to children where money would be an issue. Even if the case is just insurance.

Your local health department is the place to go, they do both immunizations and physicals, at most for a very minimal fee if any at all. Good Luck to you.

Try your county health dept. They should be able to refer you to a free health clinic.
If not try at the state level.
