A little bit every once in a while isn't a problem, but there's a lot of saturated fat in tuna, so it isn't a good every day food. Also, giving your cat just one kind of food (not a prepared cat food) means that they aren't get all of the nutrition that they need. Try putting a little of the juice over some real cat food instead.

There are pet foods that you can now buy called Tuna for Cats. Regular tuna is high in salt and metals, so should not be consummed too often. Occasional treats are ok, but you would be better off buying a 33¢ can of cat food.

I would say only once in awhile
I have a Siamese cat and she just turned 15 in May. On occasion, I will feed her albacore tuna, usually once every 6 months. Her normal diet is Iams cat food. It hasn't harmed her yet.
From what I have heard and read, tuna isn't good for cats as a steady diet, so that's why she only gets it once in awhile.

You can give your cat a little tuna as a treat now and then, but I wouldn't give it a straight diet of it. It's missing a lot of nutrients your cat needs, and has a lot of fats.
Plain old Purina Cat Chow if fine for a cat. An occasional teaspoon of tuna is fun.

Most commercial (moist) cat food is made from tuna not considered suitable for human use. So by feeding your cat normal tuna meant for humans, you are only giving it fresher food. The best food for cats would undoubtedly be a steady diet of small vertabrates like mice, birds, lizards, etc as long as they were not diseased. That is what they evolved to thrive on before we domesticated them. Live food would provide better nutrition as well as stimulation, but that might border on 'wierd' for the average pet owner.

I imagine a tiny bit won't hurt the cat. My room mate and I feed my cat tuna juice all of the time and he loooooves. I don't see any harm being done. He even eats the remainding bits of tuna when we are done with it. It should be fine.
