I've been dating this guy for 6 1/2 months. I don't know what to do because when we talk on the phone, he seems like he really cares, but like today. It was our first day of school and we managed to have 2 classes together. Our 5 th period class, he sat where there were no empty desks around him so I couldn't sit by him. And then today after school, he didn't even say goodbye to me. He has football practice RIGHT after school, and I didn't know that he would leave so quick w/out saying goodbye. I thought before he went, he would come by my locker to say goodbye. I have really mixed feelings and i don't know what I should do. Please help.

Guys are simple, they dont think about all the same things.

Either he's being like that to get some attention from you or he isn't doing it for a reason at all. Most guys don't think about things like girls do. I don't think you really have reason to threat.
Though, saying that, I do recall a while ago when I just wanted a bit of attention from my girlfriend. I'd sit away from her hoping she'd come and sit with me or not say goodbye in hope that she'd think I was off with her. It's childish, and I don't do it anymore, but I was feeling a bit neglected and I wasn't a bit of reassurance.
Tell him again how you feel and then, if he continues, gently explain that you want him to spend a bit more time with you. I'm guessing things are actually OK, though. Try not to worry, kid.

he probably thinks of you as a summer fling. He doesn't seem to want a girlfriend right now, but he still has to get used to being back in school. Talk to him about it. Call him tonight and ask why he did what he did. He may not have noticed that there were any empty desks around him, and he may not have known that you wanted him to say good bye to you before football practice. You have to tell him what you want, he'd not physic. Tell him what you would like for him to do, but don't put too many restraits on him.

He is just being a guy. Guys don't need to say something every second of the day and recommit the relationship every five minutes. He sees you all the time out of class, he does not feel the need to be by you 24/7.

a lot of guys get overwhelmed by seeing all of the girls (or maybe someone new) at the beginning of the school year and think that there are fresh opps on the playing field he might be missing out on. he probably does care about you and also doesn't want to risk being without you and is trying to be sure if he wants to be on his own or not. if i were you i'd get busy doing other things, hang out with your friends, or check out the fresh opps for yourself too. if you give him some space, you will find that he either chases your attention again or you will at least figure out that you are wasting your romantic energy on him.

u need to get u a hobby ur thinking too much maybe he just wasn't thinking that hard that he has to sit with u in class and he has to rush to ur locker before his practice give him a break its only the first day of school. if he keeps it up then tell him off about it

you don't have to wait around for anyone. Don't be mean, just find something else to occupy your mind. If he likes you, he will come around. If not, you are better off. Remember when a guy is dating you it is the best he will ever treat you.
Don't you desire someones complete attention. Someone who knows how precious you are and doesn't mind showing it no matter where you are?

Yeah, umm, let me ask YOU a question. How many boys are in your school? A few, I bet. Just find a soccer player or a golfer. Your young, kid. Enjoy it. Date a few guys, have fun.

Sounds like he's busy and doesn't have every waking minute at your disposal. It's normal and I'm sure he likes you just fine. He won't if you freak on him for something this silly though.
