Its an expression in Hebrew that goes "Haval Al Hazman" It originally meant "Waste of time", when describing anything. Modern slang also added another interpretation for it which means the exact opposite - "must be done", "must have", etc. (mostly spoken with excitement).

it's in hebrew and it means:"waste of time" -wasting time, but it's more used as a slang at an other meaning, for ex: someone ask u "how was the party?" u can say: "haval al hazman" and u mean: it was great!
