I have a document in my clip board that I want to send as an attachment.

I need to change the document from .clp to bitmap or jpeg before it can be sent in the program I want to send it in.

How do I do change the .clp document extension?

It would be easier to do if it were a scanned document. Copy it into MS Word or Notepad.

Can you print it out and then scan it, saving it as a .jpg or .jpeg?

If so, then you can send it as a picture.

You can send a notepad document or Word document as an attachment. You don't really need to make it a picture. Word can also hold pictures as well as text.

I hope this helps.

Open it with your Clipboard tool (just double click on this file) and content of this file will be loaded to Clipboard. If contained data is a bitmap image - just paste it in any image editor. If not - you can use the PrintScreen key on your keyboard to place the content of your screen in a Clipboard as a bitmap and then paste it in any picture editor.

Try saving it in My Pictures. In the dialog box there's a drop down menu for "Save As Type" and you can select things like BMP, TIF, JPEG, etc. (You might have to save it to Paint first.)
