Caffeine is a stimulant that works on the nervous system. It is not the coffee you're addicted to, it is the caffeine. Try switching to coffee that is 1/2 caffeine. Sudden withdrawal from caffeine will cause headaches.

You are suffering from caffeine withdrawal. It affects blood vessels in your body and can increase your pulse too. High blood pressure is probably the greatest possible health problem. If unchecked it can damage your kidneys and cause other health problems. Limit your cups of coffee to about 2 servings a day and you should be okay.

Have one in the morning and have one in the afternoon..

That way you will get your caffeine intake...

I'm not going to lie, you may get headache's from withdrawal, but it's just like any other addiction.. LOL

You can do it... Just put your mind to it...

PS Do not substitute for tea... It has way more caffeine in it!
