i go to assembly of god in nc.
we have a lot of singing, laying on of hands,oil etc.
i like my church as it is casual. you dont have to dress up, or u can. optional.
but waht rules do you have in yours?
our great pastor left. he moved due to family needs him in florida.
we have a substitute until we find a permanent one.
he is changing so much. service times cut in half, no testifying!!,
offering plate only up front,and i heard women cant speak /like i mean teach bible study etc!!!its crazy now.
new pastor is wayne parker. not sure about this man.
he makes liitle remarks that i think he wants us to believe are funny, but i feel he is being for real/sarcastic.
some like him, some dont, some dont say.
i cant feel the spirit now!!!

no our pastor is not coming back.
my dad is spanish, he is cathoilic but he lives overseas.
doesnt catholic put mary first?? kiss statues too, bow down to them??
maybe i will just read my bible and talk to god here.
religeion is soooo complicated.
i do beleive in god and jesus(son of god).
i do beleive that one day jesus will return.

I would first pray and ask Jesus our Lord where he wants me .Jesus will
answer and if it is from Jesus it will not go away.To move or to stay.
I pray that he will give you the answer and peace.

i know there's freedom to choose your religion but hey... haven't you realized yet that these kind of churches you attend are all different, as you also mentioned, that means they don't have an actual rule to follow, they just follow the pastor.
If you go to a catholic church, you won't have that problem. They all believe and teach the same thing, and besides that catholicism is the original christianity founded by Jesus Christ.

What matters most of all is, does he give a salvation message , Is he speaking truth from the WORD OF GOD are compromising like a Lot of preachers these days

First church building GOD sent me to. Went less than a Year. Move about, then later,

I have attended assemblies. Is your old pastor coming back, cause if not, I would certainly find a new one if this pastor was sticking around....
