Do you own a Specialized Crossroads bicycle?

I just want to know how you like it (pros and cons).

Nope don't own one but can give you advice. There is no best bike out there, just because you get 20 people on here that ride that bike and like it doesn't mean that it will be good for you. I can get you 5 different bikes and 5 different people and theres a good chance all of them would choose a different bike for the one that feels best to them. The only way to know if you like a bike is to take it and others of similar pricing for test rides and see which one you like the best.

I have a Specialized CX (hybrid). I think it is the same thing as you are talking about. The first person pretty much said it though. While I like the bike, someone else may not. I will tell you why I bought it:

1. I could afford it (around $1000)

2. The wheels are heavy duty (36 spoke 3 cross)

I don't like the center pull brakes, I prefer side pulls, but other than that it is a decent bike.
