Doesn't sound bad to me (not gay by the way, just an observation). You know why some chicks are into getting it doggy style? it is because the penis is able to put more pressure on their g spot and thus feels better. Seems like you may have an advantage over some guys because you can put even more pressure there. A lot of people have hangups about their bodies and it is crazy. Every girl I have been with has been embarrassed to take her clothes off in front of me, hell I have been embarrassed every time too. I think it is human nature to feel that way about ourselves. Don't even worry about it. If you still are, then just hit the lights before starting to undress. After fooling around with a girl there is no way she is going to think you are bad because she has already felt you, and knows nothing is actually wrong. Hoped that helped a little

I really feel you are over-reacting. If you meet someone and they truly love you for being you, then none of this will make any difference. It doesn't sound too bad to me. Most penis's are bent or curved. This is normal. Is this really the problem, or is it the act of sex itself that scares you? Just a thought.
So therapy would help if it's that much of a problem to you. You're just knocking your own confidence. They come in all shapes and sizes.

Honestly, more girls may prefer that! If you'll notice most (good) dildos curve upwards because it brings more pleasure. Go and be proud, you have an advantage over other guys now! Also, I'd avoid having surgery done there because many times it can cause your organ to stop working correctly. And that would really suck.

Make an appointment to see a doctor. A plastic surgeon may be the best start. A plastic surgeon doesn't necessarily work with "plastics", but does do all forms of corrective surgery. If the doctor you interview does not specialize in the specific type surgery you are needing, he/she could refer you to the correct doctor type for you. And, please don't be so focused on your physical; that always changes. Work on your heart and some gal will love you first for the person you are inside and other things will be secondary or not even matter! My best to you!

Any surgery might render you impotent. Don't mess with it. I don't think it's worth the risk and if it works well then don't worry about it.
