that last statement was funny, but sad. but true.
the reason is because 'society' tells us we need money, type 'A' personality, and oh, money. so we end up searching for money, power, influence when we never find happiness in those things. macho-insecurity is probably the leading cause of heart-attacks, smoking, etc. so go figure. btw, church isn't the worst place to start, if you can stand it.
