Ok, if a guy's flirted with you before, but then when you flirt back or try to initiate conversation. He backs off. But then he'll go back to flirting and and backing off again. Will stare into your eyes sometimes. But then won't even look your way other times. He is on the shy side. But how do I know if he's just playing mind games with me? Whenever he flirts and then backs off. I back off i mean I can't look at him or talk to him when he acts this way. But everytime I ignore him. He'll do something to get my attention again. Last time he did he acted really serious instead of laughing after he played a joke like most people would. He acted serious and only looked at me once and smiled. Still wasn't able to look at me much. I just can't figure him out maybe I never will. I wish I could read his mind. He's so hard to read. I wish he would just stop it altogether if he's not interested.

i think he likes you but doesn't think you like him........all girls think the guys should make the move but i don't agree. sometimes it is hard for the guy to make a move because he doesn't want to come across as just wanting one thing from you.......if you like him either flirt more with him so he can figure you out or just ask him

He likes you, but does not think you like him. He flirts and then thinks 'woah, she would want me to back off now, this is getting too good'. So he does, and you don't react. Then he thinks 'good, I was right, she just let it drop..she does not like me and was only flirting to be nice'.
Of course, he does like you...so he flirts again...and repeat cycle....

You need to talk serious to him and let him know you dont like this .but if its his personailty then nothing you can do .I would talk to him and if he cant stop and be serious ,I would move on .just think do you want to spend a lonley life ,noone to talk to .work on it now see what happens .you may not be compatable with eachother .

You need to talk to him. If he really likes you he will find a way to get over his embarrassment.
