How soon is too soon to like someone? Is there a certain number of dates? Is love at first site psycho?

No it isn't. It is called love at first sight and there is nothing wrong with that.

It depends on your actions. If you go overboard, then that can be a bit psycho, but if you keep those feelings to yourself, then that's fine.
We all have an impression on someone, we just met, and it doesn't take us long, to see, whether we will like them or not.
If the person, is funny, interesting, and cute well, we will like them right away. If they are rude and crude, we know, this isn't the one for us.
But first impressions can be misleading, so it's better to hold off, until you know them better, it varying situations, before you know how you should feel about them.

i wouldn't call it " pshyco " i mean it's like love from first sight but u should at least give yourself some time to know this person and find out more about his interestings , his personnality and his way of dealing with things , don't let things develop too fast so that you won't be hurt .. knowing this person would prevent u from sitting later on and telling urself that u were wrong to fall for him too soon in the first place .

Its never to soon, even after one date its ok. Thats a good thing because if the other possibly feels the same then you guys have a really good connection.

I don't know if I believe in love at first sight... but some people just have awesome chemistry and are instantly attracted. Once you get to know them better, it may fade, so beware, but I know exactly how you feel. Play it cool until you get to know them a little better, but instant attraction is pretty common...

being crazy and in love isn't all that bad. Although becareful of the instant clingy types. They are the ones to watch out for.

of course not! sometimes i look at a guy and i'm instantly interested...even if he's not good looking! now love....you should question yourself if it really is love.
