Dude, I KNOW. I know he shouldn't be saying that, and miss carriefree or whatever your name is, chill. You are stupid. I am wondering what educated people think of this, and that it isnt just me.

Social standards would say no, but every parent's tolerance for such is different. I personally do not allow my daughter to say any word she doesn't know the meaning to.
She's 5 and has picked up "hell, dumba$$,$hit, and learn to drive idiot".
Hell i've easily explained away...she's only to use the word in discussions about god and heaven.
I have no idea where she picked up the curse words.
The "learn to drive idiot" phrase she definitely picked up from my ex (her mom)......she was always an aggressive driver. Totalled 2 vehicles while we were together.
I would focus on where the child is learning those words, and under what circumstances they are being said. Does the child know the meaning of the word or simply mimicing the older children.

NO! My children learned that words like that tasted like soap. And so did their friends. I know they had to hear it somewhere but not in my house! Their friends quickly learned that those kinds of words were not allowed around me. Those same children (now adults) respect my home and themselves a little more for better training when they were young. When you respect yourself it shows by your life.

he should not be saying any curse words to anyone. Sounds like he needs a spanking and maybe his parents to for talking that way around him. He learned it from someone!

No. You should try to explain to him that saying words like that isn't right and can hurt people's feelings.

No, that's a terrible thing to say to other people, let alone children. That is so scarring.
