Cannoli dip...it even sounds great:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 bag mini semi sweet morsels

Beat the first 4 ingredients, then add morsels and mix by hand.
Eat by dipping animal crackers of graham cracker sticks
Voila, super easy! Enjoy!

Easy Honey-Dijon Chicken

Flatten chicken breast halves to about ¼" thickness. In a shallow bowl or pie plate, combine breadcrumbs and 1 tsp. mustard. In another shallow bowl, combine honey and remaining 2 T. mustard. Everyone has beans and flour. Get a recipe for tortillas online. Its basically flour, water and oil, mix and roll. Fry em on the pan. Drain some pork n beans, add cumin powder, chili powder, and anything mexican you have. Spoon some beans in the tortilla, and eat that way, or wrap like a burrito and fry in a bit of oil, add cheese and other toppings if you have them.

Make Pancakes, get the recipe online.

french toast, dip your bread in milk mixed with eggs and fry. You can add cinamon if you want. Some lady gave me the recipe and told me to roll them in raw oatmeal before cooking. It gives them a boost and is so delicious.

You can make potatoes and eggs. Steam your peeled potatoes. Add a bit of onion, when their done then add some beaten eggs and stir fry. Serve with ketchup and hot sauce.

You can make soup. take any canned veggies you have, mix them with a can of tomatoes, or tomato paste, or if ya really poor some ketchup. Salt, Pepper, hot sauce, or whatever you like. You can add some broken macaroni, or spaghetti after it boils, or even some rice. It makes a hearty soup.

Here is a good rice dish Peurto Rican rice. Take and make some rice. Get your frying pan out, and add some onion and fry with a bit of oil. Add some veggies to the pan. Let em cook a bit. Add your cooked rice, and stir with a few tablespoons of BBQ sauce. Just enough sauce to color the rice a bit. (I like to add some hot peppers to mine while cooking with the onion.)

Got any cheap turkey ham? Cut it up in cubes. Dip in flour, and deep fry. Taste just like chicken nuggets. You don't need any salt cuz the salt from the ham flavors it.

Grilled cheese.

Gotta be more specific and let us know what you have. I am the queen of cheap.

p,s pancakes from scratch are always an option. To make syrup bring 1 cup each water and sugar to a boil. Then add vanilla extract and a teaspoon of cinnamon or cardamon.
