Anything is possible, but it is highly unlikely. Most girls never go back after a break up. There are a lot of trust issues.

Yes she would. The only thing you have to do is apologize with sincerity, sort of like you want us to give you a serious answer. Be very serious about apologizing to her. Don't keep making those same mistakes, we don't like that.
But seeing you are 15 and she's 13, hmmm take it slow.

she might with some work from you. If you think you overdid it and scared her, talk to her and see if that is what happened. If she says yes, ask for another chance. Start by being the best "friend" you can be to her. Take things slow.... you are both young anyways.

just be honest with her. admit your mistake, own up to it. if you do that, it shows that you are mature and are serious about her. maybe she will come back to you.
