I don't tend to look at that level when I am walking to be honest so I would say that alot of women probably don't even notice unless a guy is in a tight speedo or something on the beach walking around and it is THAT huge. I think in that case you wouldn't be able to help but notice....
In normal situations women don't notice.....

I think that men notice more then women. I watched a video one time that a man walked around with hot pants and added padding and the men noticed more and would point it out to the girls.

Yep, one time my Grandma was staring at a guy's package and she hit Grandpa with the motorized cart at Wal-mart. He limps now.

i look to see if its large sometimes if the guy is someone im attracted to because i have figured out everything i like about him his looks, personality, status, and now all is left is to see what he's working with but you never can tell by looking through him gym shorts at a flacid penis you think you looking at bulge and all there is a shitt load of balls LOL!!!
