I totally agree, I'm always polite and helpful when answering a question, unless I find offensive, in which case I do get a bit mouthy lol. But yes, there is no excuse for people not to be more considerate towards people's feelings when responding. After all this is a support site, where we should all be trying to help each other, not throwing insults around. Don't take any notice of people that are rude and obnoxious, because they aren't worth your precious time. Take care : )

Some people make it as entertainment for themselves and make rude remarks. That is their personality-they are escaping the worlds stresses and it relieves them. On the other hand, you have people who wants to know an honest answer. You need to take the good with the bad and know that they really are nice folks. They just want to blow off steam.......

If anyone gets personal with you, report them. If you lay back and try to ignore the matter, those same rude or obnoxious people will simply move onto someone else. Not fair.
