Life is composed of many long hours, many long days.

It's conceivable that at some point in time, someone comes along and tells you something that changes your life forever.

You look back at that moment in time and feel there was something special about that encounter, something even magical, something mystical.

For those of us who believe in Jesus, they believe that we had an encounter with the Master Himself.

If not HIM, then something (perhaps His angel) that works with Him.

This has happened to me several times. Once When I drove a Lady Doctor to N.Y.U. Medical Center, and the advice she gave me has blessed me with excellent health ever since.

If not Jesus, then she was His Angel, and I'm grateful to that Lady Doctor.

Tell me your story, if you have one similar to mine.

Ten points to the best one.

I have met Jesus in many ways and at many times in my life. Most recently I met him through the Hospice staff that cared for my mother while she was dying of cancer. They are God's Angels on earth. They provide gentle, loving, dignified care to the dying person as well as complete and total support to the family members. None of the Hospice staff that cared for her were ever too busy to sit down with us and talk, laugh, listen, cry, pray, or sometimes just sit quietly in the room with us, while Mom was in the dying process.
They gave us the strength to carry on when we didn't think that we could go one more minute.
Jesus sends people into your lives to care for you and yours when you need them the most. I know that I met Jesus through those wonderful people from Hospice.
Thanks for asking a very thought provoking and interesting question.
God bless.

I have met him many times but the most memorable has to be when I became pregnant with my son. The relationship between me and my son's father was not good, but I knew that there was a reason God put him into my life when I got pregnant. Jesus has blessed me with a son. I meet him everytime I look into my child's face.

I met the Word of God for the first time when the Spirit of Truth opened the Scriptures for me and showed me the understanding that had been hidden to me for many years.

what if god was one of us?

god is everywhere and nowhere at the same time. do you understand that god is nowhere all the time as well as everywhere?

you ask for irrational indulgence, hollywood has already done this for you several times.

you will be 'blessed' by god when you do your own homework and become ever critical of your own thought processes.

DO NOT BE LAZY

I met Jesus the day a young man introduced me to Him on a street corner in my old neighborhood where I grew up. He lives inside me and is with me every day of my life. Praise the Lord!!!

Dude, he died 2000 years ago. Let it go! You can't meet him no matter how much you want to, unless you are a time traveller and/or delusional.
