First of all, you should probably cut your hair. My hair dresser told me the longer it is - the looser your curls will be (because of the WEIGHT believe it or not) also try a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. When you get out of the shower, put a LITTLE extra conditioner in, it makes it more moist throughout the day.!!

Because your hair is too long and pulls out the curls. And you need a really good conditioner. Change your shampoo and conditioner after the botles are finished, this helps eliminate any build up on your hair.

Probably you need a really good hair masque to put the moisture back in plus a protein treatment. Are you using a curling iron or something a lot?

It is time for a trim, and you should start using leave-in conditioner. Good luck!
